Sales Engineer Germany
in the mechanical technical field (Mobility) - Fulltime (40 hours)
This position is in Ismaning, Germany as part of our Mobility team. As Sales Engineer you are responsible for the development of the Tsubaki sales.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Sales territory is all EU countries mainly Germany
- Find new target mobility OEM and Tier1 potential customers and develop the business with mechanical products
- Visit customers for sales and engineering activities
- Main contact person in- and external partners & customers regarding sales and technical issues
- Create and maintain strong business relationships with all key partners
- Direct and indirect market researching support to find new mobility trend and needs
- Report results to in- and external partners & customers (main factories/suppliers)
- Communicate with group companies and Tsubakimoto Chain in Japan
- Develop and create solutions regarding sales and technical requirements
- Support the Manager with day-to-day operations
- Co-ordinate assigned technical projects and improve processes
- Read technical drawings
- Regular report day-to-day business and new developments to the Manager
- Participate in specific and general group meetings

For this position we require:
- HBO education level in the mechanical technical field (Mechanical Engineer)
- You are a real business developer
- Experience in commercial international activities
- Engineering experience in practically related to mechanical products
- Sufficient computer skills in general including Cad Cam systems
- The capability to manage and take responsibility
- You are creative and practical and in the possession of a driving license
- You have good contact and communication skills (multi language: German and English necessary, ideal is plus French)
You will gain basic product knowledge by following an internal technical training.
