Utilising a large warehouse capacity, Tsubaki can also store chain variants in stock to ensure that replacement chain is easily accessible to minimise downtime. Utilising the Tsubaki RetroFit service, end users can expect new chains to integrate seamlessly with their existing installations.
Tsubaki In-Floor Conveyor Chain is constructed of Alloy-steel, paired with a hardened pin to deliver extended service life in operation. Further material and spacing options are available to suit specific demands.
All chains are delivered on specialised reels, which allow easy mounting into the floor. This helps to minimise labour costs for operators during installation, taking hours instead of days.
