Finance Employee

Fulltime (37,5 hrs)


Our finance team in Dordrecht consists of four dedicated colleagues who support each other and collaborate closely. We handle monthly and quarterly reports for all of Europe, with tasks that can grow based on your interests and development. In our European headquarters, we consolidate and analyze numbers from all over Europe using advanced digital tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • financial operations such as bank statements, direct debits, credit control, and bank payments;
  • assisting with month, quarter, and year-end closings, as well as audits and the budget process;
  • preparing various financial reports and ad hoc analyses;
  • handling VAT calculations and declarations to ensure compliance;
  • car management policy and insurance portfolio;
  • monitoring and improving internal processes to ensure control and efficiency;
  • setting up workflows for smarter and more efficient data processing.

For this position we require:

  • higher vocational level of education (HBO) preferably in Finance or Business;
  • recent and relevant experience;
  • excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • high proficiency in Dutch and English language, both written and verbal;
  • experience or interest in IT-developments (like Power BI) is a plus.
