Tsubakimoto Europe B.V. with its headquarters in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, is a full subsidiary and is responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of power transmission products in the EMEA region.

Technical Sales Engineer

Due to our continuous growth we are strengthening our Sales team in our subsidiary Tsubaki Ibérica Power Transmission S.L. Therefore we are looking for a:

Technical Sales Engineer (Full time 40 hours)

As a Technical Sales Engineer within Tsubaki Ibérica Power Transmission S.L. you will support and improve our back office regarding MTP inquiries and give support to your sales colleagues by offering various technical commercial engineering services such as (reporting) inspections, monitoring, making calculations and giving advice. Every now and then you will also visit customers. Your internal operational engineering activities must lead to a high-quality technical commercial advice. In consultation with the sales team you search for customer-oriented solutions and applications for our products.

Your responsibility

  • Support our back office and outside sales team with various technical commercial engineering services, such as installation inspections, monitoring, inspection reports, calculations;
  • Act as a sparring partner for our back office and sales team, to advise them to use the proper chain products;
  • Develop and maintain new applications for our customers;
  • Work closely together with the sales colleagues to improve the performance in the sales organization;

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • You have 5-10 years relevant experience in sales, preferably within the Power Transmission Industry;
  • Good command of the Spanish and English language, both verbal and written;
  • Good analytic skills;
  • Adapting personal style to effectively interact with a variety of people;
  • Understanding external and internal customer expectations and needs;
  • Secure reliable solutions;
  • You can reach an international airport in a reasonable amount of time;
  • The ideal candidate lives in the Madrid region.

Sales Engineer

Tsubakimoto Europe BV met het hoofdkantoor in Dordrecht, is verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop, marketing en distributie in Europa, het Midden Oosten en Afrika. Door onze continue groei willen we ons verkoopteam in Europa versterken. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een:

Sales Engineer (Full time 37,5uur)

Inhoud van de functie

    In deze binnendienst functie ondersteun je de verkoop buitendienst. Op verzoek van je collega's in de buitendienst en zo nu en dan van klanten rechtstreeks, zal je diverse technisch commerciële engineering werkzaamheden uitvoeren. Zo nu en dan zal je ook klanten bezoeken. Op kantoor werk je veelal aan offertes, waarvoor je technische input levert en werk je technische calculaties uit. Jouw interne operationele engineering werkzaamheden moeten leiden tot een kwalitatief hoogstaand technisch commercieel advies. Ook zul je op termijn betrokken zijn bij de ondersteuning in opleidingstrajecten van zowel collega's (intern) als medewerkers van klanten (extern). In samenspraak met het sales team zoek je naar klantgerichte oplossingen en toepassingen voor onze producten.

Onze ideale kandidaat

    heeft een afgeronde HTS-opleiding, richting werktuigbouwkunde of technische bedrijfskunde en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal perfect in woord en geschrift. Kennis van een andere vreemde taal is een pré.

    Je hebt minimaal 8 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring en bij voorkeur een (liefst aandrijf)technische achtergrond. Ook ben je communicatief sterk. Nu de functie voor een belangrijk deel verkoop gerelateerd is, heb jij affiniteit met commercie en heb je geen bezwaar tegen (internationaal) reizen. Voor deze functie moet je in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs zijn en ervaring met het lezen van CAD/CAM tekeningen hebben.

    Je bent in staat zelfstandig bedrijfsbezoeken (machinebouwers-OEM's, grote eindgebruikers-MRO) af te leggen om technische problemen te analyseren en daarover te rapporten. Daarnaast ben je in staat om met concrete en efficiënte oplossingen de klant te helpen.

    Om zowel intern als extern gedegen adviezen te kunnen geven, zal je kennis van onze producten moeten opdoen. Hiervoor zal je een (korte) interne opleiding volgen.

Sales Representative Motorcycle

Due to our continuous Motorcycle products growth in the EMEA region we are strengthening our Motorcycle Sales team at our European headquarters in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. In this job you will be trained to sell Tsubaki Motorcycle Products. You will be supported by an experienced sales team.

We are looking for a:

Sales Representative Motorcycle (Full time)

Your Responsibility

  • Responsible for creating and implementing sales plan
  • Realize new business
  • Find new Distributors
  • Support our existing Distributors to increase sales numbers
  • Work closely together with the sales colleagues to improve the performance in the sales organization and expand distribution network
  • To collect, analyze and report on market sales data and competitor developments
  • Support and follow up daily quotations. Make sales reports in our CRM system

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering
  • You have 5-10 years relevant experience in international sales within Motorcycle business
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of the French, German or Italian language is a benefit
  • Ability to create a buying atmosphere/enclosing deals
  • Passionate about sales, motorcycles and able to build a long term relationship
  • Adapting personal style to effectively interact with a variety of people
  • Understanding external and internal customer expectations and needs
  • You are willing to work in weekends, to visit exhibitions and motorcycle races across Europe

Area Sales Manager (Power Transmission)

Your Profile

  • You have a desire and passion to succeed in a field sales role
  • You have an HNC in Mechanical Engineering
  • You have a proven track record of developing business of a mechanical or industrial product
  • You have a proven track record of opening doors, and retaining existing clients
  • You have excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • You live in the West / East Midlands area
  • You are in possession of valid driver license

Essential Job Functions

  • 100% field based - you will be covering Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, West Midlands and North Wales.
  • You will inherit an existing account base with good retention capacity and an area with excellent opportunities to grow.
  • The clients you will have contact with will be original equipment manufacturers, multi-branded distributors and end users. Therefore, it is crucial you are able to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • As an Area Sales Manager you will proactively bring in enquiries by assessing and understanding the client's needs and offering them a market leading solution.
  • You will work closely with an internal team at headquarters, who will produce a quote tailored to the client in question. Thus understanding the client and the opportunity is key.
  • Hold exhibitions at relevant events to engage with prospective clients and other companies from within the industry. You will champion the business at all times.
  • Using your market and client knowledge you will identify market trends and develop a strategy by which to secure new business Tsubaki Power Transmission offers.
