Tsubakimoto Europe B.V., with its office in Dordrecht (The Netherlands), is part of the worldwide Tsubakimoto Chain Company in Japan and is active in the field of trade- and distribution of mechanical machinery driving and related products, such as chains, sprockets, couplings, cam clutches and v-belts.
In order to reach customers satisfaction and continuous improvement of internal processes, a Quality management system is active that is based on the policy of Tsubakimoto Europe B.V.
The Quality management system is at least based on the international Quality system standard ISO 9001:2015.
The Quality management system has been described in the Quality manual of Tsubakimoto Europe B.V., containing all relevant quality procedures, working instructions and belonging documents and forms.
By means of periodical audits and judgment of the Board the Quality system is regularly judged on its effectiveness and efficiency. With, apart from that, the periodical external audits faith is given to (future) customers and is proved that the Quality system is used at Tsubakimoto Europe B.V. as a thorough resource and is considered to be a living system.
Lloyd's Register has certified our management system according ISO 9001:2015.
