Inside Sales Representative

Fulltime (37,5 uur)

This position is part of the customer service department: a solid department existing from colleagues who take care of the order entry, sales administration, conversing with our customers and of course making good offers. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for all new and existing customers, together with the team. Supporting our team in France, you will be the first contact for all customers calling in from French speaking countries. That is why it's very important that you're a native speaker from France and understand the language (and all dialects) perfectly.

You will be working on suiting (special made) solutions and applications for our customers, using our top quality products. In this position you will be in touch with your outside sales colleagues and our customers. This broad and everchanging position requires you to work accurate, precise and well organized.

We are looking for you, if you are:

  • a native speaker from France;
  • inquisitive and eager to explore new fields (feeling with technical products);
  • keen to work together with colleagues;
  • culturally sensitive;
  • having a high level of responsibility;
  • result and customer oriented.

For this position we require:

  • high proficiency in French language and it's dialects, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent command of the English language. Dutch on a basic level is a plus;
  • excellent customer service skills;
  • some experience in inside sales is a plus;
  • medium or higher vocational level of education (MBO+ or HBO).
