Fulltime (40 hours)


This position in Middle Germany is part of our D-A-CH sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the development of Tsubaki sales. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Showcase, promote, and sell Tsubaki products and services with solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments of existing and future customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Support potential customers by being the primary point of contact for product and technical knowledge, helping to resolve any pending concerns or issues that customers may have.
  • Proactively offer product insights and solutions to issues and implement either manual or automated solutions that best suit customer needs.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and help research and develop new products in collaboration with the sales, business development, and product marketing teams.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and regularly check that the end users are using our product optimally.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

With your critical eye, your confidence and strong work ethics is sales your first nature. You have several years of experience in the sale of technical products, are a full-fledged interlocutor, know how to lead and also have the following qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Experience in the sale of technical products, preferably machine elements.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken, in business life
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices (preferably 'Salesforce') along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Experience in communicating technical information to technical stakeholders who are not so savvy.
  • Willingness to travel not only domestically also internationally.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or related field.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

As part of an internal technical training course, you will acquire basic product knowledge.
